Quality starts with raw material
Our region in Turkey has the best raw material quality of Milk and Whey. It is the only regoin where milk quality is very close to European standards. Tracia region is free from animal diseases and is regularly checked by minister of agriculture.
White cheese and Kashkaval cheese are mainly produced in our region and they are produced by using natural yeast. Unlike the cheeses manufactured in Europe, there is no use of preservatives during the production of cheese such as Betakaroten in Tracia. Our suppliers produce according to ISO 9001 – ISO 22000 standards. We make contracts with our suppliers to set our quality standards and audit them every year. Additionally all of our suppliers go through "Helal" audit every year.
