Production Stages

Raw milk and whey collected from the Thrace region are checked for their compliance with our physical, chemical and microbiological standards by expert Food Engineers in our laboratories with modern equipment before they are taken into the production process.

The raw materials approved by the quality control department  are taken into process and they pass through eight critical control points until the final product. They become powder with the Spray Drier Technology in the drying process, which is the last stage.

The hot product taken back to our laboratories for re-analysis are hands-free packaged  if in compliance with taste, color, protein, ash, fat, lactose, acidity and microbiological values and made ​​ready for shipment once sent to cold storage.
